In June 2025, we celebrated the 24th National "Work Safety Month", with the theme of "Everyone Talks about Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies - Identifying Potential Safety Hazards Around Us". In response to the national call, to thoroughly implement the concept of safe development, comprehensively enhance the safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of all employees, and create a strong atmosphere where "everyone pays attention to safety and everyone participates in safety", the Photovoltaic Division of Xinbo Co., Ltd. has meticulously planned and launched the 2025 "Work Safety Month" theme activity - the Fire-fighting Skills Practical Operation Competition!
Xinbo Co., Ltd. has held a fun safety knowledge quiz during the Safety Production Month for two consecutive years. This year, it has innovated the format of the event and established the safety skills practical operation competition as the core part of the Safety Production Month. The competition focuses on the construction of core capabilities in fire emergency response. It takes the rapid connection of fire hoses for fire extinguishing as the competition project. Through the design of practical scenarios, it tests the employees' ability to handle sudden fire situations and their teamwork level, promoting the transformation of safety skills from theoretical understanding to practical operation ability.
A total of 16 employee representatives from 8 teams, including the Finishing Workshop, Extrusion Workshop One, Extrusion Workshop Two, Anodizing Workshop One, Anodizing Workshop Two, Quality Inspection Department and Tooling Workshop, competed on the same stage. The hurried footsteps were accompanied by rapid whistles. Long fire hoses and glistening beads of sweat meandered into a victorious trajectory under the sunlight. A professional judging team made strict judgments, with a particular focus on the standardization of operations. Eventually, the top three winning teams were selected.
This fire-fighting skills practical operation competition is far more than just a contest of speed; it is also an immersive emergency drill that innovates safety education. It promotes training through competition and safety through training, achieving remarkable results. In addition to the intense and fierce competitions, during the Safety Month, the company also adopted various forms such as hanging eye-catching safety publicity banners and posting promotional posters with the theme of the National Work Safety Month, internalizing safety awareness in the heart and externalizing it in actions.
