In order to increase the strategic cooperation between Xinbo Co., Ltd. and Central South University, strengthen the combination of theoretical knowledge and practice, and further give full play to the advantages of both sides in industry, university and research, on July 9, 24 students from the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Central South University went to the company to carry out half-month learning and practice activities.
In the morning, the company held a welcome meeting in the multimedia conference room on the 4th floor of the administration. More than 30 people attended the welcome meeting, including Professor Tang Jianguo, Professor Luo Zhiwei, Dr. Liu Tianle, the deputy general manager of the company, Wei Jinzhu, the deputy general manager Liu Hanxun, the deputy chief engineer Li Feiqing and the internship tutor.
At the meeting, Mr. Wei, on behalf of the company, expressed sincere gratitude and warm welcome to the arrival of the teachers and students led by Central South University. Mr. Wei said that since the company and Central South University reached a strategic cooperation, the two sides had carried out various cooperation in products, technology, talents and other aspects, and successfully organized the first college student learning and practice activities last year. Mr. Wei stressed the need to further organize and develop good learning and practice activities, and asked all departments to carefully prepare internship courses, answer students' questions in time, and create a good learning and practice platform. Jiang Wenhan, the administrative director of the company's comprehensive management department, made a brief introduction to the company. Through a detailed introduction of the company's development history, the company's products, talent training and other aspects, everyone has a preliminary and intuitive understanding of Xinbo.
Li Feiqing, the deputy chief engineer of the company, delivered a speech on behalf of the internship tutor. Mr. Li pointed out that in order to do a good job in this training course, the company selected 7 backbones from production and research and development as internship instructors. During the whole internship period, the tutors will wholeheartedly and unreservedly impart their work experience and practical theories to their students. As the senior of the students, Mr. Li also shared his internship experience with the juniors, encouraging everyone to cherish the internship time, take the initiative to learn, dare to face difficulties, and challenge themselves.
At the end of the meeting, Professor Luo Zhiwei of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Central South University gave an internship message. In the message, Professor Luo pointed out the significance and importance of the internship, clarified the tasks and requirements of the internship, and highlighted safety matters.
Before the welcome meeting, the teachers and students of Central South University also visited the company's culture, product exhibition hall, party building hall, and the activity room of the labor union workers' home.
