1. Participate in the preliminary quality planning work of new products, participate in the review of each stage of the product implementation process, and track the resolution of relevant product quality issues
2. Summarize experience and lessons learned, provide feedback to the new product project team, design and process improvements for newly developed products, and avoid the recurrence of previous problems
3. Responsible for participating in the preparation and review of product quality documents in the early stage, such as PFMEA, control plan, inspection and testing standards, quality control methods, new product quality objectives, etc
4. Participate in the design and development of new product inspection tools, track the progress of inspection tool development, be responsible for the review and acceptance of inspection tools at each stage, and track the resolution of inspection tool problems
5. Participate in the design review and acceptance of new product tooling molds, and cooperate in product inspection and measurement; Participate in tracking customer trial installation, provide feedback and track problem resolution during the trial installation process
6. Responsible for batch product quality management and control, including incoming inspection, process inspection, and incoming inspection
7. Responsible for preparing inspection operation manuals for bulk product procurement, process, and shipment, and updating PFMEA and control plans related to quality issues and improvements that have occurred
8. Responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing quality data to provide accurate information for quality improvement
9. Responsible for organizing various departments to analyze the causes of internal and external quality issues and develop improvement measures, tracking and verifying the resolution of problems
