Xinbo Co., Ltd. Successfully Holds 2026 Mobilization Conference and 2025 Annual Awards Ceremony

I. Building Consensus and Overcoming Difficulties Together

At the beginning of the conference, Wei Jinzhu, Chairman of the Labor Union, delivered an inspiring speech. He first extended sincere gratitude and high respect to all employees for their hard work over the past year.

Looking back on 2025, amid the industry downturn and market challenges, all Xinbo employees stood together with determination and resilience, facing difficulties head-on and moving forward step by step. He encouraged everyone to continue striving in the new year and contribute greater strength to the company’s development.


II. Honoring Excellence and Inspiring Progress

Sun Qing, Assistant to the Chairman, read out the Decision on Commending the Group’s Outstanding Teams and Individuals in 2025. The conference recognized winners of various collective and individual awards, including “Craftsmanship Star,” “Administrative Pioneer,” and “Benchmark Unit.”

During the announcement, the big screen displayed brief stories of the award-winning teams and individuals, allowing all employees to directly feel the power of role models. This encouraged everyone to learn from the advanced, take outstanding examples as benchmarks, and work with greater determination and initiative in the new year to contribute to the company’s development.

Amid warm applause, Vice Chairman Li Jie and other company leaders presented certificates and medals to the award representatives and took group photos with them.


III. Anchoring Goals and Demonstrating Determination

As one of the company’s core business segments, Fan Xiangyong, General Manager of the Photovoltaic Business Division, delivered a statement on behalf of the division regarding its work plan for 2026.

Mr. Fan stated that 2025 was a critical year for the photovoltaic business to overcome difficulties and build momentum, while 2026 will be a key year to seize opportunities and make a decisive leap forward.

In line with the company’s strategy, he emphasized that all work will focus on the core objectives of cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and technological innovation. The division will actively expand overseas markets, overcome all difficulties, and make every effort to complete its targets and tasks, providing strong support for the implementation of the company’s strategy.


IV. Reviewing the Campaign and Building Strength for the Road Ahead

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the company launched a 100-day campaign to address operational challenges and break through development bottlenecks.

At the conference, Vice Chairman Li Jie delivered a comprehensive and systematic review of the campaign. He summarized the key tasks carried out, measures taken, and phased results achieved during the campaign, analyzed the successful experience accumulated as well as the shortcomings identified, and set clear requirements for consolidating the results and establishing a long-term mechanism.

Mr. Li emphasized that although the 100-day campaign has concluded, its spirit must be transformed into normalized execution capability. The company must build a team that is ready to fight tough battles and capable of winning them, ensuring the efficient implementation of annual targets.


V. Strategic Guidance and a Blueprint for the Future

At the end of the conference, Company Chairman Tang Kaijian gave overall work instructions for 2026.

From the perspectives of “how to view the situation” and “how to act,” Mr. Tang conducted an in-depth analysis of current industry trends and the company’s actual conditions. He clarified the strategic direction of the three major business segments: photovoltaics, new energy vehicles, and recycled aluminum.

He pointed out that the company is now in a critical period of breaking through the industry winter and a painful stage of transformation. Xinbo must not only overcome the “winter” of the external environment, but also break through the internal bottlenecks restricting its development.

Mr. Tang put forward the requirements of “Five Musts”:

We must adhere to long-termism.
We must strengthen bottom-line thinking.
We must stimulate organizational vitality.
We must deepen our cultural foundation.
We must fulfill our social responsibilities.

He emphasized that all cadres and employees must have the courage to rise against the trend and the strategy to seize opportunities ahead of others. The company must foster a clean, upright, and action-oriented working atmosphere where contributors are duly rewarded.

With the determination of a “second entrepreneurship” and a reset mindset, Xinbo will face new challenges with renewed strength.

Finally, Mr. Tang called on all employees to strengthen confidence, work with dedication, and forge ahead bravely, striving relentlessly to achieve higher-quality, more efficient, and more sustainable development for Xinbo.


VI. Taking Solid Action and Embarking on a New Journey Together

Breaking through the cold tide, pursuing the light, and advancing with perseverance.

This conference was not only a review of the past, but also a full mobilization for the journey ahead. Taking this conference as a new starting point, all Xinbo employees will stay grounded in their positions, uphold hard work as their defining spirit, and translate the spirit of the conference into concrete action.

With firmer belief and a more pragmatic work style, they will devote themselves to the work of 2026 and make every effort to move toward the goal of “setting the benchmark for the aluminum industry and building a national brand.”
