Xinbo hones talents and forges elites -2024 management trainee training work plan is officially launched

Recently, Xinbo Co., Ltd. officially launched the 2024 management trainee training work plan. A total of 23 management trainees were recruited for this year, of which 3 master's students were trained in material research at the R&D center, the remaining 20 undergraduate students will work in subsidiaries such as new energy, recycled aluminum, and photovoltaics through a rotation system.The workshop directors and team leaders personally taught them key process technologies such as extrusion, assembly, quality control, melting and casting, and framing, in order to gain a deeper understanding of the company's main business and operating models.

For this batch of management trainees, the Human Resources Department of Xinbo Co., Ltd. has developed a comprehensive training plan. The training period adopts a "2+6+4" model, totaling 12 months, aiming to scientifically and systematically implement targeted policies and personalized education through onboarding training, job rotation exercises, and reserve training, in order to meet the needs of improving the quality and abilities of management trainees at different stages of development.

In order to help management trainees quickly integrate into their positions and enhance their professional abilities, the group's human resources also provide them with abundant training resources and courses. The onboarding training lasts for 5 days, covering various aspects such as craft courses, initial career mindset guidance, enterprise development and cultural introduction, various company rules and regulations, safety training, team expansion, etc. It is explained in detail by group leaders, human resources training specialists, and senior lecturers from various departments to help management trainees transform their identities, deepen their understanding and cognition of company systems, culture, and specific job rotation work, and lay a solid foundation for their practical work in the future.

According to the training plan, the management trainees will intern for two months in the front-line production workshop. However, facing the harsh workshop environment and long working hours, some management trainees have developed negative emotions. In response to this, the human resources team of the group took timely action and regularly visited the workshop site every week to provide care and comfort, understand the psychological state of management trainees, and provide effective guidance to them. At the same time, the various departments of the joint company will work together to solve problems, and through active measures, help management trainees adapt to the environment and integrate into the team faster. The group's human resources will also continue to monitor the work trends and personal status of management trainees.

In order to further consolidate the achievements of the previous internship and plan future development directions, the group's human resources department has carefully prepared a symposium to conduct in-depth exchanges and summaries on the work of management trainees in the early stage, extract experience, and provide valuable references for subsequent talent cultivation work. At the same time, the meeting also looked forward to the career development path of management trainees and clarified the new stage they are about to embark on - a six-month rotation exercise in various subsidiaries.
