In the past half month, the 2024 internship program jointly conducted by Xinbo Co., Ltd. and the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Central South University has come to a perfect conclusion, and the cooperation between schools and enterprises has yielded fruitful results. This "Talents gather at Xinbo" internship journey has not only deepened the deep friendship between schools and enterprises, but also laid a solid foundation for students' careers.
The internship process starts with basic safety training and gradually extends to multiple production workshops, covering theoretical learning and on-site teaching practice of key aluminum processing technologies such as casting, extrusion, mold, spraying, oxidation, frame, quality inspection, parts, and recycled aluminum. Finally, through the summary of the internship report, it comprehensively assists the interns in building a solid industry knowledge system and significantly improving their practical abilities.
During the internship, Professor Wu Zhuangzhi, Vice Dean of the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Central South University, Zhang Hongyuan, Director of the Business Office, and Shi Yue, a teacher from the Academic Affairs Office, visited the internship base for investigation and guidance. On behalf of the college, they awarded Xinbo Group the banner of "Excellent Internship Base" and expressed sincere recognition of the company's efforts in internship training. At the flag giving ceremony symposium, both sides had in-depth exchanges on topics such as talent cultivation and technological innovation, and drew a more magnificent blueprint for future school enterprise cooperation.
In order to enrich students' internship life, the Comprehensive Management Department specially organized an outdoor trip to lead interns to appreciate the beauty of the humanistic scenery. At the end of the internship, a fun camping farewell celebration was creatively prepared, and exquisite internship commemorative gifts were specially prepared for each intern. This series of thoughtful arrangements vividly interprets the essence of Xinbo Group's people-oriented corporate culture.
